Eve reaches for the guava, and we can smell the tangy sweetness of its pink pulp. Elsewhere in Eden, jasmine flowers bloom in the sunshine and leafy vines twine up the branches of sandalwood trees. And where is the serpent? Playful and dangerous, represented by bitter green Galbanum, it winds among the greenery, an audience for Eve’s fantasies. What if Eve wasn’t exiled from Paradise?
