An olfactory ode to summer in Buenos Aires, Verano Porteño is an uplifting jasmine fragrance that imagines a walk through the city’s streets and gardens. Morning sun filters through lush green vines, jasmine flowers shed scent from their creamy white petals, and the air is still damp from last night’s rainshowers. This stroll along shady, scented paths might conclude with a serving of yerba maté, the herbal, tea-like drink that’s part of daily life in Argentina, and a final sniff of some magnolia flowers. Frassaï founder Natalia Outeda worked with perfumer Rodrigo Flores-Roux to imagine this scene so that the green, citrus, and flowery notes of Verano Porteño unfurl at a relaxed pace, letting us take pleasure in the moment.
